Terms of payment:
– 30% upon booking

The rate includes:
– WIFI
– private use of the pool
– household linen, bath and pool towels
– initial cleaning
The rate does not include (to be paid on arrival):
– air conditioning € 175.00 / 7 days (optional)
– final cleaning € 100.00 (mandatory)
Check-in: 4.00 pm
Check-out: 10.00 am
Arrivals and departures in the months of July and August must be done on Saturday
Pets not allowed
Cancellation policy
Travelers who cancel 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount they have already paid.
If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund.
If the cancellation is under 14 days the travelers will not be entitled to any refund.
